Polarica has since 1972 built unique competencies on WILD FOOD - wild berries, mushrooms and game. We pick our wild blueberries (bilberries) in the pure nature of Lapland. We provide frozen berries (IQF), berry juice concentrates, press cakes and cold pressed berry juice. We work in close cooperation with our customers for customized bilberry product and packaging solutions.
